Our datacentre is based in San Diego, California. These facilities are among some of the best in the world, with uptime ratings that put us among the best in the industry, and are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Physical Capabilities

HVAC Systems

Our centre utilises advanced airflow monitoring systems to ensure that proper temperature and humidity levels are maintained around the clock. Redundant Liebert conditioning units are found throughout the facility.

Multi-homed Premium Bandwidth

Our centre is connected to 100% Premium Multi-homed Bandwidth. Multi-homed bandwidth ensures that our servers have unfettered access to the entire world, regardless of the politics that occasionally leaves millions of internet users stranded on their own networks. For example, Level3 recently terminated their peering with Cogent, leaving millions of single-homed Level3 internet users and servers unable to communicate with an equal number of single-homed Cogent users. Multi-homed bandwidth ensures that your servers will not suffer when individual bandwidth providers create adverse situations.

Connectivity Distribution

Redundant Cisco distribution switches feed 100Mpbs Ethernet hand-offs to our customers Dedicated Servers. The network architecture ensures that no single point of failure will ever affect connectivity to the network or customers.

Power Systems

Our centre maintains dual generators for maximum uptime. These generators feed multiple UPS systems that provide uninterrupted power to the hosting centre floor. Power distribution is handled by redundant Power Distribution nodes. Our centre’s power systems can sustain operation for up to 2 full weeks at maximum load without primary power from the electrical grid.

Network Operations Centre

The Network Operations centre is the heart of the facility. From here, employees monitor physical security, upstream connections and uptime-monitoring services to ensure the best possible service.

Network Core

The Network Core is a high security area where we house 10 Tier 1 Fiber connections, and 6 core Cisco routers. From this room Internet connectivity is fed redundantly to the different segments of the internal and customer networks.
